Transform Magazine: 2021 Transform Awards North America Winners Announced – 2021


Transform Magazine is proud to announce the winners of the 2021 Transform Awards North America, which celebrate the best rebranding and branding work in the region.

Now in its seventh year, the Transform Awards North America recognize the companies and agencies that best exemplify the transformative power of rebranding and brand design. Each entry was reviewed by a panel of expert judges, who determined those who excelled in best practices in corporate, product and global brand design and strategy.

SoGood Saké and Pearlfisher were the stars of the evening. They won gold medals for “Best Strategic or Creative Development of a New Brand” and “Best Visual Identity in the Food and Beverage Industry”, and took home the evening’s most coveted award, the “Grand prize”. Pearlfisher’s design redefined the way sake is consumed in the United States and created a new American tradition around this product. The judges were impressed with his approach to both design and strategy.

The judges were also blown away by KY and Design Bridge New York, which won the award for “Best Overall Visual Identity”. Design Bridge worked with women’s lubricant brand KY to develop a new visual identity, featuring refined typography, updated tone of voice and a redesigned logo. The new brand confidently reflects the brand’s renewed goal of supporting women in the pursuit of physical pleasure and emotional comfort.

“The challenges of the past year have been immense as businesses of all sizes have struggled to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. That’s why this year’s Transform Awards winners incredibly deserve their recognition. They have championed communications, design and strategic brand development in the most challenging landscapes and they have achieved great things, ”said Andrew Thomas, editor of Transform magazine and founder of the Transform Awards.

Hausfeld and Living Group also won gold medals in the category “Best use of visual property”, “Best internal communication during a brand development project”, “Best rebranding of a digital property” and ” Best visual identity in the professional services sector “.
